高校毕业生就业过程中信用模式选择的博弈分析

摘要 伴随着高等教育大众化步伐的加快,高校毕业生就业过程中的竞争日益加剧,就业压力日益增强。就业过程中出现困难和问题的根本原因在于就业选择双方(高校毕业生和用人单位)都是理性的独立个体,都以自身利益最大化作为最优的选择方案。因此,高校毕业生和用人单位之间信用模式的选择是双向选择过程中彼此之间相互博弈的结果。本文主要从就业选择双方之间利益冲突的角度出发,分析完全信息条件下双方静态博弈和动态博弈的信用模式选择及其结果。 With the accelerating pace of the popularization of higher education, there is an increasingly fierce competition and growing employment pressure in the process of job-hunting for college graduates. The root cause of the difficulties and problems that arise in the course of employment options is that both sides-ollege graduates and employersare rational independent individuals, and they try to maximize their own interests as the best option. Therefore, the choice of credit model between college graduates and employers is the conse- quence of the game of the two-way selection processes. This paper, from the perspective of conflicts of interest between the two parties in the process of employment, tries to analyze the choice of credit mode and its consequences of both static and dynamic games under the condition of complete information.
