早期乳腺癌乳房保留治疗的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of the efficacy of breast-conserving therapy for early breast cancer

目的：探讨早期乳腺癌乳房保留治疗的临床疗效。方法对2008年6月~2009年3月我院收治的72例早期乳腺癌患者进行回顾性分析，均为单侧病灶。将患者按照治疗方法分为两组各36例，对照组实施乳腺癌改良根治术，观察组实施保乳术，比较两组患者的乳房外形优良率、生存质量。结果观察组乳房外形优良率（91.67%）高于对照组（72.22%），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组自觉症状、心理情绪状态、躯体生理功能状态、日常生活、社会活动得分及总得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期乳腺癌患者采用乳房保留手术治疗效果显著，有利于术后生存质量的提高，我们也应该对手术适应证进行严格掌握，使保乳术后的局部复发最大程度地减少。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of breast-conserving therapy for early breast cancer. Methods 72 cases of early stage breast cancer patients selected form June 2008 to March 2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,all of them were unilateral lesions. The patients were divided into two groups according to the treat-ment,36 patients in each group,the control group was implemented modified radical mastectomy,the observation group was implemented breast-conserving surgery,the breast shape excellent rate and the quality of life of two groups were compared. Results The breast shape excellent rate of the observation group （91.67%） was higher than the control group （72.22%）,there was the significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The symptoms,psychological and emotion-al state,physical state of physiological functions of daily living,social activities, and total scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,there were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early Breast conserving surgery in breast cancer patients with significant treatment effect,help to improve the quality of life after surgery,we have indications for surgery should be strictly controlled,so that the local recurrence after breast-conserving maximum degree of reduction.
