摘要
目的：探讨超声引导下穿刺治疗乳腺脓肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年1~12月在我院进行治疗的乳腺脓肿患者42例的临床资料。其中20例患者采用常规治疗,22例患者采用超声引导下穿刺治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组患者最终均治疗痊愈,痊愈率100%。但是研究组脓肿消失时间、住院时间短于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论超声引导下穿刺治疗乳腺脓肿能够取得较好的效果,且具有并发症少等优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of ultrasound guided puncture treatment for breast abscess. Methods Selected 42 cases with breast abscess were retrospectively analyzed. 20 cases were treated by normal treatment as con-trol group, and 22 cases were treated by Ultrasound guided puncture treatment as study group. Clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results All cases were recovery. And cure rate was 100%. Abscess disappeared time, length of stay of study group were shorter than those of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ultrasound guided puncture treatment for breast abscess shows good clinical efficacy, less of complications, worthy of clinical application.
