Immune function and cytokines level in patients of chronic heart failure with heart-kidney yang-deficiency syndrome in coronary heart disease

摘要目的探讨冠心病慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证患者的免疫激活状态及细胞因子水平。方法收集2013年8月—2014年2月间中国中医科学院广安门医院心内科慢性心力衰竭的住院患者68例,其中心肾阳虚证56例,非心肾阳虚证12例,采用流式细胞技术测定外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆细胞因子白介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平。结果冠心病慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例低于非心肾阳虚证患者,而血浆IL-10、TGF-β1水平无明显差异。结论冠心病慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证患者存在较强的免疫激活状态。 Objective To explore the status of immune activation and level of cytokines in patients of chronic heart failure with heart- kidney yang-deficiency syndrome in coronary heart disease. Methods From August of 2013 to February of 2014, 68 patients of chronic heart failure were recruited in Cardiovascular Department of Guang＇ anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. Of them, 56 cases were considered as syndrome of heart-kidney yang-deficiency and 12 cases were not. The flow cytometry was applied to measure the ratio of CIM^＋ CD25^＋ Foxp^3＋ Treg cells in the peripheral blood and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the level of interleukin-10 （IL-10） and transforming growth factor-D1 （TGF-β1） levels in plasma. Results The ratio of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Foxp^3＋ Treg cells in the peripheral blood in patients with heart-kidney yang-deficiency syndrome was lower than that in the patients without heart-kidney yang deficiency syndrome ; the level of IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels in plasma was not significantly different between two groups. Conclusion There is obvious status of immune activation in patients with chronic heart failure of heart-kidney yang- deficiency syndrome.
