莪术醇体外抗肿瘤作用的研究

Anti-cancer effects of curcumol in vitro

目的研究莪术醇体外对肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法采用MTr法观察莪术醇对人癌细胞生长的影响。结果莪术醇剂量在l.0-20.0mg／mL范围内对体外人肾癌细胞、肺癌细胞均具有显著的抑制生长作用，以10．0mg／mL作用最强，肾癌细胞生长抑制率达55．36％，肺癌细胞生长抑制率达47．84％；与空白对照比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论莪术醇是一种有临床应用前景的抗肿瘤中药提取物。

Objective To study the inhibiting effects of curcumol in vitro on the growth of cancer cell. Methods MTY method was applied to observe the influence of curcumol on the growth of human cancer cell. Results Between the range of 1.0 to 20. 0 mg/mL, the eureumol had significant inhibiting effects on lung cancer cells and kidney cancer cells in vitro, in which 10. 0 mg/mL had the strongest effect. The inhibiting rate of growth was 55. 36% on the kidney cancer cells and 47. 84% on the lung cancer cell ; compared with the blank group, the differences were statistically significant （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Curcumol should be considered as an anti- cancer Chinese herb extract that has clinical application prospect.
