摘要
基于通信铁塔结构特点,详细阐述了塔身、基础加固理论及加固技术方案。对于轻型塔,塔面格构形式简单,适合采用增加双拼角钢方法加固构件;对于中型塔,主材适合采用"十字形"双拼角钢加固、斜材适合增加辅助材加固。对于基础,增加基础宽度可以满足地基承载力要求,采用"注浆"地基处理方法可以提高基础抗拔,基底注浆可以改善基底土壤性质以避免不均匀沉降,且可增加地基承载力。最后结合实际工程应用,说明加固技术的有效性和可行性。
Based on the character of communication tower, the strengthening theory and technical scheme of tower body and foundation expounded in detail. Cross-section combined angle is used to reinforce leg member, and assembled double angle is suitable to reinforce diagonal member of a light tower, the secondary member is used to reinforce diagonal member of a medium tower. Widening foundation dimension can improve soil bearing capacity, grouting technology to treat soil can increase foundation uplift capacity, foundation bottom grouting can prevent differential settlement and increase the soil bearing capacity. Finally, combined with practical project, it is illustrated the effectiveness and feasibility of the reinforcement technology.
