摘要
介绍高层施工塔吊的支撑架设计以及塔吊在台风作用下对主体结构的影响。通过施工模拟仿真分析得出,悬挑支撑架竖向设置拉压杆可以有效地传递塔吊的支座反力,在塔吊支撑架处于最不利工况时仍能满足强度和变形要求,水平连系杆的设置可以有效保证支撑架的侧向稳定:塔吊的支座反力对主体铜结构的影响很大,特别是当风荷载方向与塔吊呈45°时,主结构杆件的应力会急剧提高,因此,需提高该区域的框架粱、柱截面或材料强度。
This paper introduced the design of the tower crane's support frame and its impact on the main structure under the action of typhoon. By construction simulation analysis, the rigid rod, setted on the cantilever supporting frame vertically, could effectively transmit the reaction force from the tower crane to the main structure and ensure safety even if the support in the most unfavorable conditions. Meanwhile, the inter-tie could ensure the lateral stability of the support frame. The crane's reaction force had a great impact on the main steel structure, the stress of the main girder would be increased sharply when the pillars' flexural rigidity was small, therefore, it need to increase the component's cross section area or material strength.
