摘要
深圳某钢结构住宅项目为高度92.1m的高层建筑,采用钢管混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,局部采用钢板剪力墙。介绍该工程的主要特点和结构分析的有关内容,包括结构布置、抗震设计等。采用SATWE进行多遇地震作用和风荷载作用下结构的计算分析,采用PUSH&EPDA进行罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性推覆(Pushover)分析。计算结果表明,该结构满足规范的各项要求,并采取了一些构造加强措施,可供同类工程参考。
Steel residential project in Shenzhen is the high rise building of 92.1 m, with concrete filled steel tubular(CFST) column-concrete corewall structure system. The main characteristic of the structure, structural analysis and relevant details of design were introduced, including the structure arrangement, seismic design, and so on. The structure was analyzed by SATWE under frequent earthquake and wind load. The elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake by SATWE,elastic-plastic static analysis (Pushover) and elastic plastic dynamic analysis (EPDA) under rare earthquake by PUSH~EPDA were carried out. The results meet requirements of technical codes and some strengthening measures have also been used to ensure the security of the structure. Which can be a reference for other similar projects.
