摘要
学习、借鉴国外体能训练的新理念对提高运动员的体能训练水平具有重要作用,冰球教练员只有及时更新训练理念才能深刻认识冰球项目的专项特征,才能不断提高我国冰球运动的竞技水平。教练员对体能认识的不同会对训练安排产生较大的影响,主要表现为训练安排重点的不同、体能训练与运动专项结合方式的差异。体能训练的首要任务就是要防止运动员运动损伤,通过提高教练员自身的能力、训练计划的个性化设计、核心力量训练的合理安排等途径提高体能训练的质量。
Learning,using new ideas of physical training from foreign countries plays an important role in improving the training level of athlete's physical ability,ice hockey coach only update the training concept so that they can have a deep understanding the special characteristics of ice hockey,in order to continuously improve Chinese ice hockey competitive level. Different thoughts of coaches for physical fitness will influence the training arrangement,mainly for the difference of combined mode with different key points of training arrangement,physical training and sport specification. The primary task of physical training is to prevent sports injuries,withe improving coaches’ability,personalized design of training plans,the core strength training to improve the quality of physical fitness training.
