摘要
在108 m^3聚合釜PVC生产工艺中,采用循环涂釜工艺解决粘釜问题,使清釜周期由110釜延长到180釜,涂釜液用量由30 kg/釜降至8 kg/釜,降低了生产成本,提高了PVC生产装置产能和产品质量。
Repetitively coating polymerizer process was used to abate the scaling inside polymerizers in the process of PVC production in 108 m3 polymerizers, then the cleaning period of polymerizer prolonged from 110 to 180 batches, antiscaling agent dosage decreased from 30 to 8 kg. The production cost lowered, the quality of PVC improved, and the capacity of PVC plant increased.
