汇总新型氯乙烯转化器的实际运行结果。新型转化器与常规转化器比较,单台生产能力可以提高50%以上,节省汞触媒30%以上,为提高转化器产能、降低汞消耗、减少汞污染开辟了一条新途径。采用新型氯乙烯转化器具有极大的社会效益和经济效益。
The actual operation results of novel vinyl chloride converters were summarized. Compared with a conventional vinyl chloride converter, a novel vinyl chloride converter could increase production capacity by more than 50% , save the mercury catalyst consumption by more than 30% , and thus a new way was offered to increase production capacity, reduce mercury consumption and decrease mercury pollution. The adoption of this kind of novel converter had great economic benefits and social benefits.
