多维贫困测度方法比较及其展望

多维贫困概念已逐渐在学术界、国际机构和政府部门达成共识,但国内对多维贫困的认识和测算尚处于探索学习阶段。文章系统地梳理了多维贫困测度的有关理论基础,列示并解释了多维贫困测度的方法框架,重点比较了公理化方法、模糊集方法和信息理论方法三种多维贫困加总思路,讨论了相关指数的优缺点和适用性,并指出了多维贫困测度在未来应该深入研究的若干问题。

Multi-dimensional poverty has gradually reached a consensus in academia , international organizations and government departments, but in China the measurement of multi-dimensional poverty was still in the stage of exploring learning.This paper reviews the theoretical development and achievements on multidimensional poverty measurement.It discusses and evaluates three approaches：the axiomatic method, the fuzzy set method and infor-mation theory method, to help to better calculate multi-dimensional poverty in China.
