摘要
目的:研究蒲公英全草的水溶性化学成分。方法:采用多种层析分离技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从蒲公英干燥全草的85%乙醇提取物的水溶性部位中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:反式对羟基-苯丙烯醇(1)、反式对羟基-苯丙烯醛(2)、对羟基苯甲酸(3)、对羟基苯丙酸(4)、4-羟基.2,6-甲氧基苯酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、原儿茶醛(6)、芦丁(7)、槲皮素(8)、山柰酚-3-O-α—L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→6)β—D-葡萄糖苷(9)。结论:其中,化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study the water-soluble chemical constituents of Taraxacum mongolicum. Methods : The chemical constitu- ents were isolated and purified by means of several chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified as trans-p-coumaryl alcohol (1), trans-p-coumaryl aldehyde (2), p- hydroxybenzoate ( 3 ), p-hydroxyphenyl-propionic acid ( 4 ), 4-hydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyphenol-1 -O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ), protocate- chuic aldehyde (6), rutin (7), quercetin ( 8 ), kaempferal-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- ( 1 →6) β-D-glucopyranoside (9). Conclusion : Com- pounds 1 -6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
