摘要
目的了解安徽省2009~2011年安徽省甲型H1N1流感病毒HA的基因特性。方法提取病毒RNA,经RT-PCR扩增HA基因后测序,进行同源性分析和基因进化分析。结果传入阶段HA基因同源性为99.4%~99.6%,蔓延阶段为99.4%~99.7%,稳定阶段为98.8%~99.5%,再现阶段为98.8%~99.1%,说明甲型H1N1流感病毒HA基因在研究两年期间保持较高的稳定性。结论 2011年甲型H1N1流感毒株HA基因较2009年流行毒株存在一定程度的进化,但基本保持遗传的稳定性。
Objective To characterize HA gene of Influenza A( H1N1) virus circulated in 2009 ~2011 in AnHui Province. Methods Viral RNA was extracted and amplified by RT-PCR and subsequently analysis of HA by gene sequencing.Results After alignment,homologies of HA gene was 99. 4% ~ 99. 6% in introduction phase,99. 4% ~ 99. 7% in Spread Phase,98. 8% ~ 99. 5% in Stationary Phase,98. 8% ~ 99. 1% in Reproduction Phase,compared with HA gene of California /07 /2009( H1N1). The results indicated that the HA gene homology was very high. Conclusion The HA gene of 2011 Influenza A( H1N1) strain compared with that of the 2009 pandemic strain showed a certain degree of evolution. But the HA gene was stable basically.
