摘要
针对目前数控电源存在的输出精度不高、工作状态不稳定的缺点,设计以单片机ATS89S8252为核心部件,由键盘、显示、DC/DC变换、A/D及D/A转换、I/V转换等模块组成的恒流源。采用双反馈调节系统及PWM集成芯片,自动调节单片机,实时地将预设值和检测值进行比较并调整,提高输出精度。仿真结果表明:采用此方法具有较高的控制精度。
Aimed at the disadvantages of low output precision and unstable working state of digitally controlled power source in the market, this study designed a constant flow source composed of keyboard, display,DC/DC, A/D and D/A,I/V transformation, taking single chip ATS89S8252 as its CORE-BLOCK. It applies the double feedback control system,PWM integrated self-adjusting chip and single chip to carry out real time comparison and adjustment of preset value and estimated value so as to improve the outpul precision. The simulation results showed that:this method has high control precision.
