城市公立大医院支援基层医疗的研究——以温州医科大学附属第一医院托管某县人民医院为例

Research on Urban Public Hospitals-supported Primary Care:A Case Study of A County People's Hospital under the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University Trusteeship

"看病难"是当前医疗卫生部门管理的焦点问题,这一问题在农村表现尤为突出。城市公立大医院托管基层医院,是城市公立大医院积极响应国家相关政策,主动承担优质医疗资源全覆盖的社会责任,让农村居民享受到优质医疗服务的重大举措。通过分析我国农村"看病难"、医疗资源有限的现状,挖掘当前有限医疗资源的内部潜力,尝试缓解当前农村"看病难"困境,并以温州医科大学附属第一医院托管某县人民医院进行实例分析。

Currently, the problem of the difficulty in getting medical service has become a hot issue in medical and health service sector. The issue stands out especially in rural areas. The urban public hospitals＇ mandating primary hospitals is such a significant move that rural residents can enjoy excellent medical service. What＇s more, it is evident that the public hospitals actively respond to the related policies of Chinese government and initiatively undertake social responsibility by providing excellent medical resources in rural areas. The paper analyzed the current status of the difficulty of getting medical service and the limited medical resources, creatively tapped the internal potential of current limited medical resources with the purpose of easing the difficulty of getting medical service in current rural areas. The paper conducted an example analysis of a county people＇s hospital that was under The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University trusteeship.
