科技期刊在文化体制改革中的新定位

On New Positioning of Sci-tech Journals in the Cultural Restructuring Reform

分析了改革开放以来我国科技期刊发展的现状和存在的主要问题,结合党的十七届六中全会和十八大以来关于深化文化体制改革的有关决定,从我国科技期刊生存和发展的角度,探讨科技期刊在文化体制改革发展和新媒体时代的定位,建立市场化的期刊发展模式,推动我国科技期刊实现社会效益和经济效益的良性发展。

Current situation and main problems of sci-tech journals since the reform and opening up of China were analyzed. Combined with relevant decisions of deepening cultural restructuring from the 6th Plenary Session of the lTth and the 18th CPC National Congress, from the perspective of the journals＇ survival and development, sci-tech journals＇ positioning in the cultural restructuring reform and the New Media Age was discussed and the suggestion of establishing a market-oriented journal development model was proposed to achieve both social and economic benefits.
