摘要
如何让中医院校护理本科毕业生及时、合理地就业,既是医药院校密切关注的热点,也是值得探讨和研究的社会问题。本文对其就业的现状及存在问题进行分析,并提出相关对策及建议,以增强学生的就业素质和就业能力。
how to make nursing graduates timely and reasonable employment, pay close attention to both the Medical University of at- tention, but also a social problem worthy of discussion and research. In this paper, the status of nursing graduates employment and analyze problems, propose countermeasures and suggestions on this basis, to enhance the quality of student employment and employability.
