探讨宫颈癌合并糖尿病围手术期的护理

Discuss the perioperative period nursing of cervical carcinoma with diabetes mellitus patients

目的:研究宫颈癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理,以此来提高手术成功的几率。方法:观察分析2010年1月-2012年12月份在我院确诊并住院治疗的64例患宫颈癌合并糖尿病的患者的护理。结果:通过心理治疗、皮肤护理、日常生活指导、血糖控制、用药管理并发症预防提高了手术的成功率。术后发生低血糖反应3例,心律失常2例,刀口感染1例,肺部感染1例,经过科学用药治疗和合理护理后均治愈出院。结论:科学用药治疗和合理的护理方式能提高宫颈癌合并糖尿病的治愈率,减少了并发症的发生。药物治疗与护理相结合的治疗方式能帮助患者早日康复,是一种值得被临床推广和使用的治疗方式。

Objective： To improve the achieve ment ratio of operation by studying the perioperative period nursing of cervical carcinoma with diabetes mellitus patients. Methods： The nursing of 64 cases of cervical carcinoma with diabetes mellitus diagnosis and treated in our hospital were observed and analysed. Results： The achievement ratio of operation was improved after psychological treatment, skin care, life guidance, glycemic control, drug management in prevention of complications. The complications after operation were hypoglycemia in 3 cases, arrhythmia in 2 cases, infection of incision in 1 case, pulmonary infection in 1 case, all the patients were cured by scientific medicine and reasonable nursing. Conclnsions： The cure rate of cervical carcinoma with diabetes mellitus patients were improve^t and the complications were reduced by scientific medicine and reasonable nursing. The treatment of medicine combined with the nursing can help the patients recovering soon. It is worth to recommend in clinical.
