摘要 面对竞争日趋激烈的商业环境,"高效率"无疑是组织行为学与管理学核心探讨的问题.从战略和系统上来看,高绩效团队不但是企业的一项重要资产,也是企业在经济市场上决胜的根本.高绩效团队不仅能快捷实现组织目标,同时也能使企业组织发展得更加和谐,提高组织成员的幸福感.因此,如何营造一支高绩效团队值得企业家和学者们深思. With the current business environment growing increasingly fierce and efficient becomes the core problem of organizational behavior and management which is discussed undoubtedly. From the strategic viewpoint and systematic theory, high-performance teams are not only an important asset of the enterprise, but also the fundamental for the runoff in the economic market. With the evolution of market, organizational goals can be achieved fast by high-performance teams, yet to promote the harmonious development of enterprises, improve the happiness of members. Therefore, how to build a high-performance team is worthy to ponder and consider of entrepreneurs and scholars.
