摘要
外套式复合射孔技术核心部分为外套式复合火药筒,是复合火药套在射孔枪外的一种新型射孔技术,该技术通过普通射孔枪、射孔弹、导爆索和复合火药筒等共同作用实现,技术优点是通过复合火药对储层的再次做功,在井眼附近储层形成微裂缝或小裂缝,扩大流动通道和泄流面积,消除污染,恢复或提高产能。2011年5月在南海西部DF-X探井低孔渗气层测试射孔中首次应用成功,该技术成功地与DST测试工具联合一次下井完成负压射孔和测试作业,增产效果明显。
The core part of jacket type compound perforating technique is composite fire cartridge,a new type of composite propellant sleeve perforation technology in perforating gun. It achieves worked together by ordinary perforator,perforating,detonating interaction cable and composite powder tube,whose advantage is to form micro cracks or cracks in the near well-bore reservoir,expand the flow channel and drainage area,eliminate pollution,restore or improve productivity through the composite powder on reservoir to do work again. In 2011 May,permeability reservoir perforation in test first is used successfully in low porosity and the western South China Sea DF-X wells,which is successfully combined with DST testing tool to complete well completion perforating and testing operation,and the effect to increase yield is obvious.
