摘要
在一定的压力、温度和有水的条件下,高压含硫天然气井试气过程中易产生水合物白色结晶体,该结晶体易堵塞井内管柱或地面管线,影响试气正常进行,严重时造成井下事故。位于川东北YB构造上的YBXH井在进行钢丝作业测压过程中,油管内形成了水合物,堵塞了井下管柱并将测压仪器卡在井内,造成险情,耽误工期近40d。结合YBXH井水合物堵塞处理工艺进行分析,为今后类似井施工提供借鉴。
In certain pressure,temperature and water conditions,hydrate white crystal is easy to produced in gas test process on condition of high pressure and sulfur natural gas,which is easy to block the pipes in the well or the surface pipelines to effect gas testing normally,and even cause accidents on serious condition. Located in the Northeast Sichuan YB structure,YBXH well,on which the process of wireline pressure testing is operated,and hydrate is formed in pipe,which blocks the pipe string and lets the pressure measuring instrument to be stuck in the well. The danger delays time limit for nearly 40 days. Combined with analysis for treatment process of the hydrate inYBXH Well,it provides a reference for the later similar operation.
