大庆石化原水输送管道改造方案选择

Scheme selection for reconstruction of raw water delivery pipeline of Daqing petrochemical company

阐述了大庆石化原水输水管道现状,在现状基础上依据城市总体规划,对现有输水管道进行改造。经过输水管道线路、管材和管径方案综合对比优化,选择了合理的改造输水管道线路和管材、管径,提出了水锤防护措施,对新旧管道连接方式及附属设备与管件进行了设计。

The current status of raw water pipeline of Daqing petrochemical company was elaborated, and a reconstruction project was performed based on the current situation as well as the master plan of Daqing city. Through the comprehensive comparison and optimization of water line routing, pipe material and diameter options, reasonable water line routing, pipe material and diameter were adopted for the reconstruction; besides, water hammer protection measure was put forward. The design was performed for the connection of old and new pipelines, auxiliaries and fittings.
