摘要
闭式循环冷却水系统因其可观的节水效果,将被大规模应用已成共识,但闭式循环冷却水系统在大型煤化工项目中的运用实例较少。针对闭式循环冷却水系统节水率选择、喷淋水设计、系统防冻措施等方面进行了探讨,以使得整个闭式循环冷却水系统的设计更趋于完善可靠,为未来大规模工程化应用提供设计参考。
As closed circulating water system has a significant advantage of low water consumption, it has become a consensus that, the system can be universally applied in the future. However, there are only a few application examples of closed circulating cooling water system in large-scale coal chemical project, therefore, for the purpose of perfecting the design of closed circulating cooling water system, many design proposals were dis- cussed from aspects of selection of water-saving percentage, design of spray water system, freeze-proofing measures and so on, which could provide reference for its large-scale engineering application in the future.
