摘要
中国石油大港石化分公司第三循环水场2台逆流式机力通风冷却塔由于使用年限较长,塔内部件老化,造成热力性能大幅降低。通过对配水系统、填料、收水器等进行技术改造,使得冷却塔的热力性能提升了40%。改造后冷却塔热力性能达到了设计要求,满足了企业生产要求。
The thermodynamic performance of the two counterflow mechanical draft cooling towers in the third circulating water site of PetroChina Dagang petrochemical company decreased sharply due to long period of service and components aging. Through the technical reconstuction of water distribution system, filter, water collector and so on, the thermodynamic performance of the cooling tower was increased by 40%, which met the de sign requirement, and satisfied the production demand also.
