国内地区间产业转移效应研究——对转入地不同规模企业的影响差异分析

Study on the Effect of Domestic Regional Industrial Transfer——Analysis of Different Influence on Firms of Different Sizes in Undertaking Regions

企业是产业转移的主体,企业规模分布具有异质性,不同规模的企业具有不同的对外转移能力和转移规律:大中型企业充当着区域产业转移的主导和先锋,大中小型企业之间又存在着彼此依赖的关系。通过对东部与中部的产业转移进行考察和分析发现,中部的大、中型企业数的增长确实受到东部大、中型企业数增长和规模扩张的显著影响,但对中部经济增长贡献更大的仍是小型企业,这实际上是大中型企业转移带来的引致效应。中部地区在承接产业转移促进产业集群形成的过程中,要重视通过大中型企业的转入促进小型企业的扩张和创生。

The subject of industrial transfer is firm,and the size distribution of which is heterogeneous. Firms of different sizes have different transferring abilities and rules,on the one hand,large and medium-sized firms act as the leading and pioneering role in the regional industrial transfer;on the other hand,the re-lationship between firms of different sizes is mutually dependent. Through investigation and regression analysis of the industrial transfer between eastern and central regions,it has been found that the quantity of large and medium-sized firms in central regions have been deeply influenced by the quantity increasing and size expan-sion of the same sized-firms of the eastern regions. Despite that,it is the small firm that made more contribu-tion to the economic growth of the central regions,the reason lies in the inducing effect caused by the transfer of large and medium-sized firms. In the process of undertaking industrial transfer and promoting the formation of industrial cluster,the central regions should attach great importance to the expansion and creation of the small sized firms caused by the transfer of large and medium-sized firms.
