中国农副食品加工业效率评价及分析--基于三阶段DEA模型的测算 被引量:6

摘要 随着国民经济发展,农副食品加工业总产值不断增加,也同时提出理论上分析其产值增长背后的效率结构、以促进其产业转型升级的要求。基于2009年农副食品加工业的细分行业数据,采用三阶段DEA模型对农副食品加工业的运行效率进行了测算。结果表明:利息支付额增加不利于改善农副食品加工业效率;出口交货值对效率的影响微乎其微;存货的增加有利于改善其效率。按照纯技术效率和规模效率,将17个细分行业分为四种类型,各行业的运行状况和发展的重点不同。宜结合自身的特点发挥优势,有侧重地提高管理水平或扩大生产规模,从而提高农副食品加工业的整体效率。 With the development of society and economy,the industrial output of the agro-food process-ing industry is increasing,we need to know the growth pattern and power,the industrial structure. In order to understand the development,this paper uses three-stage DEA model to empirical research on the agro-food processing industry efficiency in 2009 . The results show that:the increase in interest payments is not condu-cive to improve the efficiency of the agro-food processing industry;export delivery value of efficiency is very small,even it can be ignored;Increase in inventories will help to improve efficiency. Points in accordance with the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,the 17 industry segments can be divided into four types,each industry has its own characteristics,they should focus on the improvement of management level or to expand the scale of production,thereby enhancing the efficiency of the agro-food processing industry.
