北洋时期陈独秀对政党活动的思考——以1912-1923年为例

Thoughts of the Political Parties' Activities in Beiyang Period by Chen Du-xiu——Based on the Case During 1912 to 1923

北洋时期中国政局进入了近代转型期,各政党蜂拥而起参与国家政事,政党活动也随之方兴未艾。陈独秀作为一名关心政治的知识分子,在此时期对各政党活动进行了观察和分析。此时的多数政党党纲虚设,党派的成立以利益结合为基础。各党派之间为利害斗争激烈,并且政党内部分合不定。政党忽视民力,与广大民众联系薄弱。在此基础上陈独秀也表明了自己对政党活动的看法,包括政党不做意气之争,党派之间应相互尊重以及政党要加强与以工农为首的人民群众的联系。

During the Beiyang period, Chinese political situation entered modem transition and the different kinds of parties rose up to take part in political activities in swarm. Tile activities of political parties were also growing rapidly. But at that time, Chen Duxiu, as an intellectual concerned about the politics, observed and analysed the activities of political parties in this period. Founded by interest, most parties ignored political programme at the moment. The parties straggled violently for interests and always separated or allied inde- terminately. The parties had pay no attention to the power of people and contacted weakly with the majority of people. Chen Duxiu stat- ed his views about the activities of political parties. Firstly, parties should not struggled each other by acting on the impulsive emotion. Secondly, every party should respect each other. Lastly, parties should strengthen the contact with people who were led by workers and peasants.
