摘要 目的优化胡芦巴多糖提取的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以胡芦巴提取物出膏率及总多糖含量为评价指标,以苯酚-硫酸比色法测定胡芦巴中多糖的质量分数,考察提取时间、提取次数、固液比对胡芦巴中多糖提取效果的影响。结果影响胡芦巴多糖提取的因素大小依次为:提取次数>固液比>提取时间。优化得到最佳提取工艺为:加20倍体积的水,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论本工艺合理、可行,适用于胡芦巴中多糖的提取。 Objective To optimize the extraction process for the polysaccharides from Fenugreek. Methods The orthogonal design was used to evaluate the effects of extracting time,times and solid-liquid ratio with the yields of dry extract and polysaccharides as indexes. The phenol-sulfuric acid method was adopted to determine the polysaccharides. Results The results showed that the order of the selected factors influencing the extraction polysaccharides of fenugreek were as follows:extraction times>soild-liquid>extraction time. In the optional extraction process,the liquid-soild ration was 20∶1,extracting for 3 times and 1.5 h each time. Conclusion The extraction process was reasonable and feasible, which was suitable for the extraction of polysaccharides from Fenugreek.
