高效液相色谱法测定肝力保胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮的含量

Determination of calycosin in Ganlibao capsules by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定肝力保胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮的质量分数。方法色谱柱为ZORBA Bonus-RP（4.6 mm＆#215;260 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%（体积分数）甲酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为260 nm,进样量为10μL。结果毛蕊异黄酮在14.7-235.2μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,其回归方程为Y=34.077X-6.2958,r=1,回收率为95.08%（ RSD=3.39%）。6批肝力保胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮质量分数在62.63-181.96μg/g之间。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于肝力保胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining calycosin in Ganlibao capsules. Methods The separation was performed on ZORBA Bonus-RP column（4.6 mm＆#215;260 mm,5μm） with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and H2 O-0. 1%HCOOH, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the column temperature was 25 ℃, the detection wavelength was 260 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL. Results It presented a good linearity in the range of 14.7-235.2 μg/mL（r=1） with the regression equation of Y=34.077X-6.295 8. The recovery of calycosin was 95. 08%（ RSD=3. 39%） . The contents of calycosin in 6 batches of Ganlibao capsules were determined to be among 62. 63-181. 96 μg/g. Conclusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate,which could be used for the quality control of Ganlibao capsules.
