摘要 单核苷酸多态性是随着人类基因组计划的实施发展起来的新一代遗传标记,被认为是疾病易感性和药物反应的决定性因素。研究肿瘤单核苷酸多态性有利于肿瘤易感性及其个体化治疗方案的研究,下一代测序技术的出现使单核苷酸多态性的检测更加快捷简便。本文就下一代测序技术及其在肿瘤单核苷酸多态性等方面的应用进行综述。 Early detection and individualized treatment are the keys for the current tumor research. Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) is a new generation of genetic marker along with implementation of the human genome project, which is regarded as the decisive factor of disease susceptibility and drug response. The research on tumor SNP contributes to identification of tumor susceptibility and individualized treatment. Nextgeneration sequencing technology (NGS) makes it much easier to detect tumor SNP. This is a review on the recent research of NGS and its application on tumor SNP.
