铜锰复合氧化物粉体的制备及其对甲苯催化燃烧性能 被引量:6

摘要 采用水热合成法制备铜锰复合氧化物粉末催化剂,通过X射线粉末衍射分析、扫描电子隧道显微镜和比表面积对催化剂进行表征,并考察水热反应的温度和时间、沉淀剂的加入量对其催化燃烧甲苯性能的影响。结果表明,水热反应温度为150℃,反应时间为24 h,加入尿素的物质的量为0.16 mol时可制得铜锰复合氧化物Cu0.451Mn0.549O2催化剂粉体,该催化剂颗粒呈现均一的立方体形貌和较大的比表面积,具有较好的甲苯催化燃烧性能,完全燃烧温度为208℃。 A series of Cu-Mn mixed oxide catalysts were prepared by the hydrothermal synthesis method. The catalysts were characterized by X ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and spesific surface area. The effect of hydrothermal temperature and time, amount of precipitant on the catalytic activity for toluene combustion was investigated. The results indicate that when the hydrotbermal temperature is 150 ℃ ,hydrothermal time is 24 h and the amount of substance of urea is 0.16 mol, the product Cu0.45iMn0.54902 catalyst powders appear the uniform microcubes and lager specific surface area and show the best catalytic activity for toluene combustion. The total conversion temperature of toluene is 208 ℃.
