摘要
以工业氢氧化铝微粉为原料,经过一段焙烧后进行有机酸洗,加入晶体生长抑制剂、助烧剂等外加剂并混合均匀后,进行二段焙烧,制得亚微米级氧化铝粉体,并对粉体进行X射线衍射、扫描电镜、悬浮稳定性分析等表征。结果表明,采用两段焙烧法制得的亚微米级氧化铝粉末颗粒均匀,平均粒径不大于0.9μm,纯度高,具有良好的分散性和稳定性。
Taking industrial aluminum hydroxide as raw materials, organic acid washing was conducted after one stage roasting. Submicron alumina powders were prepared by two stages roasting after adding additives including crystal growth inhibitor, combustion improver, etc. and combining evenly. The powders were characterized by XRD, SEM and suspension stability analysis. The results show that the particle size distribution of the submicron alumina powders prepared by two stages roasting is uniform. The mean particle size is not larger than 0.9 μm. The purity is high, and the dispersion and stability are good.
