农村流动人口与沿海地区渔业经济增长关系研究——以上海市为例

Research on the Relationship Between the Rural Floating Population and the Economic Growth of Coastal Fisheries—A case study of Shanghai City

农村流动人口对沿海地区经济发展有巨大贡献是一个不争的事实,但是目前还没有研究专门阐述农村流动人口与沿海地区渔业经济增长之间的关系。运用相关性分析,结合上海市农村流动人口和渔业GDP数据进行实证分析,得到上海市农村流动人口与渔业经济增长之间存在正向变动关系,农村流动人口的流入会促进渔业经济增长,但是这种促进作用正在逐年减弱。在此基础上,讨论了提高渔业资源承载力的对策以及引导农村人口流动的途径。

It is an indisputable fact that the rural floating population has tremendous contributions to the development of economy in coastal areas. But there is no research specifically elaborating the relationship between the rural floating population and the coastal fishery economic growth. The article analyzed the rural floating population in Shanghai and the fishery GDP data,and found that there is a positive relationship between the rural floating population and the growth of fishery economy. The rural floating population inflow will promote the fishery economic growth,but such promoting effect is reduced year by year. On this basis, the article discussed the countermeasures on improving the bearing capacity of fishery resources and the ways of guiding the rural population flow.
