摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,逆向工程的应用越来越广泛。本文以电脑散热器风扇为例,主要介绍了3D CaMega光学三维扫描系统在风扇的反求设计中的应用,利用扫描仪对风扇进行扫描,简要介绍了扫描仪的CPC控制系统,数据的测量和预处理等操作。并对三维扫描仪产生的误差进行了分析总结。
With the continuous development of science and technology , the application of reverse engineering is more and more widely used . In this paper , based on a fan of computer radiator as an example , introduces the application of the 3D CaMega three-dimensional scanning system in fan reverse engineering. Using a scanner to scan the fan , this paper introduces the CPC control program of the scanner , the measurement data and pre-operation , and analyzes the errors of three-dimensional scanner .
