摘要 随着电力装备制造业的发展,对铁塔生产过程中的焊接要求越来越高,使得制造厂家的焊接成本越来越高,铁塔生产中,多主材塔有大量十字板需焊接加工,传统工艺是采用气保焊机焊接,钢板下料共3件2种规格4条焊缝,且要求对与角钢连接的2个角焊缝焊完后进行打磨,以免安装时因焊缝突起而出现安装不到位的情况发生。目前,十字板焊接专用机床的出现从自动化、智能化上大大提高了劳动生产率。 Along with the development of power equipment manufacturing industry and high demand of welding in manufacturing process , welding cost is becoming higher and higher . During tower production , there are a large number of cross board material needing welding process . The traditional process is making use of gas protection welding machine welding , steel plate cutting 3 pieces 2 specifications 4 welding lines , and the requirements for angle steel connecting the 2 corner weld after grinding , so as not to install for weld protrusion and occurrence. At present, cross board welding special machine from automation , intelligent greatly improve labor productivity from perspective of automation , intelligence .
