摘要
提出电子水平仪与数控系统之间的通讯连接用于监测动梁式数控机床的横梁水平,通过横梁受力变形理论分析与总结,提出电子水平仪与数控系统串口通讯,尝试对横梁进行实时连续的变形监测,数控系统根据采集的数据进行数据处理。
In this paper , communication connection between the electronic level and CNC systems are used to monitor the level of the moving beam CNC machine tools . Through the beam stress deformation theory analysis and summary of serial port communication , electronic level and CNC system is proposed to try to conduct real-time continuous beam deformation monitoring , numerical control system based on data collected by data processing .
