摘要
"十二五"以来,淳安县水利投入逐年增加,年均投入建设资金已达1.5亿元以上,每年开工建设的小微型水利工程多达几百处。本文对淳安县小微型水利工程项目建设管理模式进行了详细探讨。分别从管理中存在的问题、管理对策及管理新模式的成效几方面展开分析讨论。
Chun＇an County invested more and more in water conservancy every year since the ＇ 12th Five Year Plan＇. Annual investment of construction fund is up to more than 150 million yuan. Several hundreds of small-sized water conservancy projects are constructed each year. Construction management mode of Chun＇ an small-sized water conservancy projects are discussed in detail in the paper. The mode is analyzed and discussed from the aspects of management prnblems, management countermeasures and effeet of management new mode respectively.
