建设双峰寺水库对承德未来发展的重要意义与作用

Important Significance and Function of Constructing Shuangfengsi Reservoir on Future Development in Chengde

承德双峰寺水库是国家发改委2011年批复的一座大(2)型水利枢纽工程。本文对水库建设的必要性和对承德未来发展的影响和作用进行了介绍,归纳了双峰寺水库建成后使承德市实现"两百"的概念,即城市防洪标准达到"百"年一遇,保障城市可负担"百"万人口规模的用水量。同时本文也对水库周边及上游的环境综合整治提出了一些建议。

Chengde Shuangfengsi Reservoir is a large hydro project approved by National Development and Reform Commission in 20ll. Necessity of reservoir construction and impact and effect on the future development in Chengde were introduced in the paper. ＇ Double-hundred＇ will be realized after the construction of Shuangfengsi Reservoir, and the concept of it was summarized, namely, urban flood control standards achieved ＇ once one hundred years＇ , and to guarantee that the city can bear water consumption of ＇ one million＇ people. Meanwhile, some recommendations were proposed for integrated environmental management around the reservoir and on upstream part.
