微博等新兴媒体在高校学生党建工作中的应用

针对微博等新兴媒体对在校大学生学习和生活的深刻影响,研究新时期高校学生党建工作面临的新的挑战和机遇,提出依据微博等新媒体功能齐全、普及面广、操作简单等优势和特点,充分利用好这些新型载体,搭建发布日常信息、开展组织生活、掌握党员思想动态、党员培养工作等高校学生党建工作的交流平台,并与其他传统的高校学生党建工作措施结合起来,确保党建工作实效性和人才培养目标的实现。

According to the influences of new media envirinment such as micro-blog on university students＇ learning and life, it researches the challenges and problems that are faced by party construction among stu- dents, sorre countermeasures are proposed according to the advantages and characteristics of micro-blog, in- cluding making full use of new media, publishing daily information, carrying out the organization life, mas- tering the thought trendency of party members, establishing the communication platform, and combining with other traditional countermeasures to realize the efficiency of party and government work and talents traing goal.
