摘要
采用物元分析法对区域水资源安全进行评价,从水资源总体安全、水资源社会安全、水资源经济安全、水资源生态安全四个方面建立评价指标体系,并以宿城区为例进行水资源安全评价,结果显示宿城区2012年水资源处于较安全状态。研究表明,物元分析法能够解决不同指标间不相容问题,采用物元分析法进行区域水资源安全评价是合理的、可行的。
The matter element analysis method was used to evaluate the security of regional water resources and to develop the evaluation index system from four aspects, including the overall security of water resources, the social security of water resources, the economic security of water resources, and the ecological security of water resources. The evaluation index system was applied to Sucheng District. The results showed that the water resources of Sucheng District were healthy in 2012. The matter element analysis method can solve the problem of incompatibility between different indicators, and it can provide reasona ble and feasible evaluation of regional water security.
