摘要
根据太行山16条典型小流域调查资料,建立了太行山小流域综合治理效益评价指标体系,应用层次分析法对其治理效果进行评价,并用TOPSIS法对层次分析法评价结果进行验证。结果表明,16条典型小流域中7条小流域综合效益为优,8条小流域综合效益良好,1条小流域综合效益中等;小流域土地利用类型面积比例及其配置方式对其综合效益评价值影响较大,在太行山小流域治理过程中应适当提高防护林面积比例,改进封育措施技术,提倡封造结合方式。层次分析法与TOPSIS法评价分值的线性回归R2值达到0.9124。
Basis on the survey data of 16 small watersheds in the Taihang Mountain,an evaluanon index system of soil and water conservation comprehensive management was developed. The AHP method was used to evaluate the management benefits and TOPSIS method was used to verify the evaluation results. The results indicated that the comprehensive management benefit is excellent in 7 watersheds, good in 8 watersheds, and medium in 1 watershed among a total of 16 watersheds. In addition, the area proportion of land-use type and its allocation method have considerable impacts on the benefit evaluation results, so the area proportion of protection forest should be increased, fencing protection measures should be technologically improved, and the method of fencing protection with afforestation is promoted. The linear regression R2 value between the AHP evaluation scores and TOPSIS evaluation scores reached to 0. 9124.
