摘要 低扬程泵站的流道对水泵装置的水力性能影响很大。原型水泵均采用混凝土流道,与模型水泵的钢制流道差异较大。在邳州泵站利用激光全站仪检测了大型竖井贯流泵进出水流道的20个横断面和进水流道的4个纵断面,将各检测数据与设计要求值比对后,得出了实际施工的型线偏差。在此基础上,分析了混凝土流道对水泵装置的水力性能影响,结合原型水泵流道型线的不规则性特点,总结邳州泵站混凝土施工质量经验,提出流道型线偏差控制的建议,为泵站工程的混凝土流道型线控制提供参考。 The flow channel of low lift pump station has great impacts on the hydraulic performance of the pump. i he prototype pump adopts the concrete flow passage, which is quite different from the steel flow passage of the model pump. We checked 20 cross sections of the inlet and outlet flow channel and 4 longitudinal profiles of inlet flow channel with laser total station instru- ment in the Pizhou pump station. The deviation of the type line in the actual construction was obtained after the actual testing data were compared with the design requirements. On the basis, the impacts of concrete flow passage on the hydraulic perform- ance of pump were analyzed. In consideration of the irregularity characteristics of the type line of the flow passage in the prototype pump, the concrete construction quality of the Pizhou pump station was summarized,and the suggestions of deviation control of flow passage were proposed,which can provide reference for the control of concrete flow passage in the pump station.
