后腹腔镜肾癌手术对患者血清和尿液微量元素及VEGF的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Operation of Renal Carcinoma on Serum and Urine Trace Elements and VEGF

目的观察并研究后腹腔镜肾癌手术对患者血清、尿液微量元素及VEGF的影响程度。方法选取2011年1月~2014年1月本院收治的60例肾癌患者为研究对象,将其按不同的手术方式分为对照组（常规开放性手术组）30例和观察组（后腹腔镜手术组）30例。将两组患者术前及术后1d、3d和7d的血清和尿液微量元素及VEGF水平进行检测与比较。结果观察组术后3d和7d的血清及尿液Ca、Zn均高于对照组,而Mn则低于对照组,术后1d、3d及7d的血清及尿液VEGF水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论后腹腔镜肾癌手术对患者血清、尿液微量元素及VEGF的影响好于常规开放性手术,更有利于肾癌的治疗。

Objective To study the influence of retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation of renal carcinoma on the serum and urine trace elements and VEGF levels.Methods Sixty patients with renal carcinoma in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were the study objects.The patients were divided into control group（conventional open operation group）of 30 cases and observation group（retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation group）of 30 cases by the operation types,then the serum and urine trace elements and VEGF levels of two groups before the operation and at the first,third and seventh day after the operation were detected and compared.Results The serum and urine Ca and Zn of observation group at third and seventh day after the operation were all higher than those of control group,serum and urine Mn levels were lower than those of control group,the serum and urine VEGF at the first,third and seventh day after the operation were all lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The influence of retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation of renal carcinoma on the serum and urine trace elements and VEGF levels are better than those of open operation,and it is more benefitial for the treatment of renal carcinoma.
