摘要
鉴于激光雕花对棉织物的强力有一定的损伤,研究棉织物在BMP、PLT两种图片格式下激光雕印印花后,不同单位面积质量织物的强力与激光速度和激光能量之间的关系。结果表明,BMP图片格式下激光雕印,当激光速度大于1 200 m/min时,能基本保证棉织物的撕破强力下降率和断裂强力下降率均低于20%;而在PLT图片格式下激光雕印,棉织物的强力下降率随激光速度百分率的下降而下降,随激光能量百分率的下降而增加。
In view of the strength loss of cotton fabric in laser etching printing, the strength of three cot-ton prints with different fabric weight is investigated. Laser etching printing of cotton fabric is carried outwith two picture formats of BMP and PLT respectively, and the influences of laser speed and energy onthe strength of prints are investigated. The results show that the strength loss of the cotton prints withBMP format can be controlled below 20% when the laser speed is higher than 1 200 m/min. The strengthretention of the cotton prints with PLT format gets worse with decrease in the laser speed, but gets bet-ter when the laser energy percent declines.
