摘要
在不影响纤维形状记忆性能的前提下,对聚氨酯形状记忆纤维/棉包芯纱的筒纱进行染色。包芯纱松式络筒卷绕密度应适中偏小,且筒子质量不宜大于800 g;碱氧一浴一步法前处理中,使用纯碱,温度不超过95℃,且严格控制升温速度;染色中均匀加入元明粉,染料和纯碱均采用曲线加料法加入,主泵循环采用正五反三的方式进行。成品纱线测试结果表明,染色后纱线的形变固定率和形状回复率均高于85%,筒纱内外层色差小,染色牢度较高。
Cheese dyeing is carried out with shape memory polyurethane fiber/cotton core spun yarn.The winding density of core spun yarn is moderate or slightly small and the cheese weight is controlledbelow 800 g. In one-bath one-step alkali peroxide pretreatment, the core spun yarn is treated with sodi-um carbonate at the temperature below 95 ℃ and heating rate is strictly controlled. In cheese dyeingprocess, the sodium sulphate is added evenly into the dyeing machine, the dyes and sodium carbonateare added in the curve-feeding mode, and the main pump runs in the mode of five positive circulationsto three reverse circulations. The results show that both the deformation fixity ratio and shape recoveryratio of the yarns after dyeing are over 85%. tn addition, the cheese dyeings feature small inner-to-outercolor difference and good color fastness.
