摘要
目的:用核磁共振磷谱分析方法研究有氧训练对股四头肌能量代谢的影响。方法:受试者进行有氧运动训练,运动强度为最大摄氧量的70%,每周五次。运动时间为45min。训练过程共持续10周。在Philips公司生产的1.5T磁共振成像系统上对受试者训练前后进行31P-MRS采集及定量分析。结果:31P-MRS可检测到七个不同代谢物质的共振峰,训练后与训练前相比,PCR浓度显著性升高。从动态磷谱上可以观察到,训练前与训练后相比,PME和PDE化合物浓度无明显变化,γ-ATP、a-ATP和β-ATP化合物浓度基本保持恒定。定量负荷运动后Pi化合物浓度明显升高,通过恢复,Pi逐渐下降;3min24s训练前与训练后相比有显著性差异。PCR化合物浓度明显下降,通过恢复,PCR逐渐升高。结论:经过十周有氧训练,安静状态下训练后与训练前PCR浓度相比,显著性升高。短期有氧训练能提高组织能量代谢状态。31P-MRS是检测训练效果的有效工具。经过十周有氧训练,定量负荷运动后3min24s训练前与训练后Pi、PCR浓度相比,有显著性差异。训练后恢复较快。短期有氧训练能提高Pi、PCR恢复速率。31P-MRS可以作为无创性评价代谢物恢复率的有效方法。
Objective: To evaluate skeletal muscle function using in vivo dynamic Phosphorus MagneticResonance Spectroscopy(31P - MRS). Methods : Subjects performed aerobic exercise training, the Exer-cise intensity is 70% of the Maximal oxygen uptake. 45 minutes a time, five times a week for 10 consecu-tive weeks. Philips produced in the core of the system is equipped with multiple (MNS) Gyroscan Intera1.5T MRI system, to be used to analyse the test 31P - MRS of the subjects before and after training. Re-sults : The characteristics of 31P - MRS under the state quiet : there are seven different Formant of Metabo-lites in the 31P - MRS in the quadriceps of the Subjects. After ten weeks of aerobic training, under quietstate PCR levels compared with after training and before training were significantly increased. The charac-teristics of 31P- MRS after the quantitative load exercise:We can see from the dynamic phosphorus spec-trum between the before training and after training : the compounds of PME and PDE doesn' t change signif-icantly ,γ-ATP,a -ATP β-ATPRemained constant. The concentration of compound Pi increase sig-nificantly, but after the rest, Pi decreased gradually. The Concentration of compound PCR decrease signif-icantly, but after the rest, PCR increase gradually, the concentration of Pi, PCR of 3min24s after trainingand before training has significant difference. Conclusion:After ten weeks of aerobic training, under quietstate PCR levels compared with before training and after training, were significantly increased. Prove short- term aerobic training can improve the state of energy metabolism. 31P - MRS is an effective tool for de-tecting training effectsAfter ten weeks of aerobic training and quantitative load exercise, the concentrationof Pi, PCR of 3min24s after training and before training has significant difference. The after training recov-ered rapidly. Proved short -term aerobic training can improve the PI, PCR recovery rate. 31P -MRS canbe used as a effective way of noninvasive evaluation of the recovery rate of metabolites.
