摘要
情绪障碍对儿童的生活、学习等方面造成了严重的影响。回顾儿童情绪障碍研究的发展,发现从1980年以后,相关研究逐渐增多,治疗模式也逐渐不同。情绪障碍治疗存在着药物、行为和认知等不同的取向,其背后都有一定的理论支撑,也都有其实践的指导价值。由于儿童特殊需要的差异性、多样性和复杂性,不能片面地强调或排斥某一治疗取向。因此,情绪治疗的取向逐渐从单一向多元整合型发展,强调三者的相互渗透与融合。该文在分析文献的基础上总结了儿童情绪治疗的两大策略,即自我导向策略和阅读治疗策略,可以帮助儿童情绪教育作理论上与实践上的有益探索。
Emotion disorders have a serious impact on children's lives and study. The review of the research development in this field shows that relative studies increase since 1980 and models of therapy are more diverse. The therapeutic practices of emotional disorders include medicinal therapy,behaviour therapy,and cognitive therapy based on relevant theories and the value of their practice. As children with disabilities have diversified and complicated special needs,it is inappropriate to emphasize or exclude any of these therapeutic practices. Therefore,therapeutic schedules of emotional disorders gradually develop from a single model to an integrated one. The paper summarizes two strategies of the children's therapeutic modes of emotional disorders by analyzing documents with the aim to make a theoretical study of emotional control in children education and a conscious attempt to put it into practice.
