In exploring the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, Deng Xiaoping put forward a series of important ideas for reform on guidance, dynamic, deployment, purpose and so on, which formed abundant and systematic reform thought and started the great journey of reform and opening-up. At present, Xi Jinping, as the core of the third plenary session of the central collective leader- ship, has put forward strategy of all-round reform in the 18th explicitly and set the beacon for our country＇s reform and development. In the new historical starting point, through making a thorough inquiry in the internal Logic of Deng Xiaoping＇s reform thought and all- round deepening reform, we can take a good grasp of the reform direction, firm confidence of the reform, enhance the sense of responsi- bility and make concerted effort to push forward the great cause of reform and opening.
