摘要
立足高等职业技术院校技能人才培养导向。探索教师创新素养对学生创新实践操作能力的影响机理,基于理论分析提出相关研究假设.利用结构方程模型对所建立的概念模型进行验证,分析变量之间的影响机理.实证研究结果表明,教师的创新素养对大学生创新实践操作能力,创新意识和创新思维能力均有显著正向影响,并且通过两者对学生的创新实践操作能力,创新知识学习能力有显著正向影响.
Abstract: Taking the teachers and students in Higher Vocational College of Xi'an area as the object of study, on the base of reviewing the existing research, combining with the regional characteristics of capital city of western re- gion, basing on the skilled talents training in higher vocational and technical college, this article explores the influ- ence mechanism which the teachers' innovative qualities play to the students' innovative practice ability, presents the hypotheses based on theoretical analysis, verifies the conceptual model established by using the structural equa- tion model, and analyzes the influence mechanism between variables. The empirical results show that the teachers' innovative qualities play significant positive effects to the students' innovative practice ability, innovative conscious- ness and thinking ability, especially to the students' innovative learning ability.
